By registering for a DGE event, you agree to the following set of terms and conditions listed below:

Dynamic Global Events, LLC (“DGE”) – Terms & Conditions

Attendee Registration Terms

By registering for any Dynamic Global Events, LLC (“DGE”) conference, program, or event, the registrant (“Attendee”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Registration fees include admission to the conference, access to all official program sessions, conference materials, and designated food and beverage offerings as determined by DGE. Registration fees do not include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, or any other expenses unless expressly stated in writing.

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION, REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by DGE no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the first scheduled day of the conference to be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued less a non-refundable administrative fee of three hundred ninety-five dollars ($395.00).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event start date.

In lieu of a refund, Attendees who cancel fewer than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event and no more than (14) calendar days prior to the event may apply the registration fee, less the administrative charge, as a credit voucher toward another DGE conference of comparable value, provided the replacement registration is completed within twelve (12) months of the original conference date. Any price differential must be paid at the time of redemption. Once a credit voucher has been redeemed, no further changes, substitutions, or refunds will be permitted.

Registrant substitutions are permitted at no charge provided the substitution request is received in writing no later than three (3) business days prior to the event start date. Substitutions must be within the same organization.

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY:

By completing registration, Attendee expressly agrees not to initiate or pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with their credit card company or financial institution for any fees paid to DGE in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

In the event an Attendee initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

Such action shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

DGE reserves the right to immediately revoke access to the event without refund.

DGE reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of the full registration amount, administrative fees, bank fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that:

The Cancellation and Refund Policy has been reviewed and accepted prior to registration.

Failure to attend, dissatisfaction with content, speaker changes, or schedule modifications do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback.

All disputes must be submitted directly to DGE in writing.

DGE maintains records of registration, payment authorization, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be used as evidence in response to any chargeback or dispute.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY DGE:

In the event DGE cancels a conference, DGE’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund of the registration fee actually paid. DGE shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by Attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.

PROGRAM CHANGES:

All DGE conferences, agendas, speakers, content, dates, and venues are subject to change at DGE’s sole discretion without prior notice.

CONFERENCE LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER:

DGE reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any conference for any reason. In such cases, DGE shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, or any other expenses incurred by Attendees.

The views and opinions expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of DGE or the organizations they represent. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

DGE expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither DGE nor its speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, or content providers shall be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or actions taken in reliance upon such content.

Conference materials and presentations may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without the express written permission of DGE and the applicable speaker.

DGE may reference third-party websites but does not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.

If DGE cancels the conference (excluding force majeure), a credit will be issued toward a future event.

2) Use of Exhibit Space – Subleasing or sharing space is prohibited. DGE may remove any exhibitor for non-payment, disruptive conduct, or operational interference without refund.

3) ADA Compliance – Sponsor/Exhibitor is solely responsible for ADA compliance related to its exhibit and agrees to indemnify DGE against any related claims.

4) Indemnification – Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DGE from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from participation.

5) Insurance – Sponsor/Exhibitor shall maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate, naming DGE as additional insured.
